My brother's visit visa was denied for USA and he got the standard refusal letter. I am familiar with CAIPS Notes and am wondering if there is a CAIPS equivalent in USA (one of my relative is USA citizen). I tried searching but did not find solid information. I saw something about Freedom Information Act - anyone know of forms, process, or accurate information/ website that specifically talks about visa officer notes for USA visa applications in foreign countries ...
