Hi Bamepo,
The form is in two sections. Rhe first part is to be filled by you and the later part by the requester who should be resident in Canada. I mean friend of yours or family member.

Then you also have to write an authorization letter requesting him to order caips on your behalf.

Please send the letter of authorization to the friend and ask him to fill his own part of the main form. He has to pay the fees 5 dollars and post the papers to this address.

Guys, almost all cases has been transfered over to GCMS. It's not new that GCMS will be intriduced, it's been there on CIC that GCMS will be implemented by late 2010 or early 2011.

Those who are thinking to order their CAIPS, pls do so, I ordered mine in Feb this year, I got CAIPS and GCMS both., my file was put through in GCMS in Oct 2010.

GCMS is lot clearer and easy to understand whereas CAIPS is more code based.

How will he pay the fee? By credit card or by cash. Which address should he come to pay or whose should he pay cheque for

Hi Ahmadtajwer,
I think it depends on the visa office. I got my Caip Notes printed on the 13th of January 2011, but never had anything like GCSM. My Visa office is in Africa and maybe they will still implement it later. They are slow and do things last. My case has been delayed and even the time they gave me on the 2nd AOR has elapsed and i have not still heard from them. I have sent an inquiry , but still no reply.

My BF'D was 22.1.2011, i am planning to order Caips for the 2nd time, since i would like to know what was done on the file and also they were lots of mistakes on the Caips notes. I sent them a letter with an explanation.

When do you think i should order 2nd Caip Notes?

Thanks in advance.

It's a FAQ for ordering CAIPS notes

Dears,

Can I filled the authorization form and scanned it and email to any of my friends (PR/Citizen) in Canada to sent on behalf of me? Is it possible or I have to send authorization letter hard copy?

Thanks.
