I'd appreciate it if you could interpret the following two lines that I have recieved in my caips file.

PAPER FILE SENT TO DRS FILE PF ' D TO: DRS ON 19 - 06 - 2011 MICROLOCATOR:

PF1: DOC PF2: NOTES PF3: MED F14: SUM F15: FOSS F17: VALDATES F18: PERS . INFO OR PF4
