C-18 Work Permit Question

If I apply for a C18 employer-specific work permit before it expires and go onto maintained status from PGWP, while waiting for a decision, can I continue working for multiple employers under my PGWP conditions, or am I restricted to the employer named in the C18 application?

It is an employer specific permit. So the employer who is supporting your application.
