BWOP + PR via BC PNP

Hi,

I am currently in Canada on a IEC WHV that is due to expire on March 10 2021. I have been given an ITA which I went down the BC PNP tech pilot stream and submitted my application today. I have a Confirmation of Online Application Transmission so far.

My question is, do I need to submit a BWOP application? Do I need to request a work support letter through the BC PNP stream? Or am I on implied status until a decision is made on my PR application? Im abit confused on the next steps here.

You do not get implied status through PR, your implied status is actually through your BOWP application... now that being said I’m not familiar with the BC PNP stream, so it may be best to reach out to the program to find out next steps.

I did alberta PNP and thought the same... then I found out through this fourm that it was the BOWP that gives us implied status and not our PR application.
