Hi all, my first visa was refused. Now I have just started new online application but I'm yet to submit it. I wrote a letter to the office which worked on my first application. Now I have received another BVL with different application number even though I haven't submitted my second application. What does this mean? Does it mean they will give me approval even though I haven't submitted my second application?
