Hello, BVL received yesterday but not PPR. it is a good? what would be the reason.

BVL means a decision has been made. May or may not be PPR at all times. Good Luck
How long it can take is days to weeks or months depending on whether the application is assessed via AI or manually.
Create an account on IRCC tracker and check your eligibility and background check plus also check the document section is it shows the visa number because you have received BVL and people only receive it when a decision has been made so must check if visa number is showing on tracker if its there means your visa is approved and you only have to wait for PPR !!
