Now just anxiously waiting. It has been grueling and wrenching for Indians.

VACs seem to be opening in every country but in India VFS will be closed through Nov. And no one in my circle has gotten instructions to use courier service yet.

I think IRCC has been roughest to Indians.

I think you will have to wait till the visa office is free to collect your passport.

The other day my friend received BVL and PPR, one day after his University was added to the DLI list. Neither of us goes to the same college or the province but he applied for September 2020 and is currently studying online while I applied for Jan2021.

wild guess..people who applied for September are the ones getting it first inline and people like me who applied for January 2021 will have to wait another month to see an update. Let me know if I am wrong and there are people out there where were approved for jan2021. ( when I mean Jan2021 I don't mean you deffer to jan2021 from sep2020, you have actually chosen Jan2021 to be the starting date for your visa in the Immigration form )

This might be possible. From what we are seeing, they are prioritizing Sep 2020 applications.
