Hello, does anyone know if I can apply for mortgage with my Canadian spouse to buy a house while my PR is in process? I have OWP status and have been working at the same company for almost 3 years. Together, we will have a better chance to get a greater mortgage rate but I am not PR yet. Does anyone have the same experience?
