Hi,
I am already a Canadian immigrant.
I have a friend who is 50 years old and a senior executive.
Since he may not qualify under the Express Entry - Skilled Worker program due to his age, he is considering applying for PR through the Business / Investor route.
What are the available options for him?
He'd like to move to British Columbia / Ontario.

He can consider PNP entrepreneur scheme . Both Ontario and British Columbia run their respective schemes
Alternatively he can choose the Quebec investor programme.
