that's right, otherwise we would have had our PPR's long time ago... hmm

Some updates from buffalo for me. I got a letter requesting additional police certificates yesterday. This means they're looking at the files!

Good luck guys

Getting all the docs together now

Didn't you send the Police certificates when you sent your application?...

Hi super boy, I did but I sent PCC from my birth country's instead of the country I lived in when I was 18! Silly me

The point is, if I had everything at the point when they checked my file, I would have gotten PPR instead of the documents. SO they are looking at files

I see, thanks for the clarification.

hey Vbom - similar letter was also requested for my wife in Nov 2010 and was aksed to pay RPRF in the same letter - it was the IA letter, dated Nov 18, 2010.

Till now we all in this forum are WAITING...

I guess Buffalo Office is now close and Monday is a Holiday...Good luck my friends, next week - Keep your hopes High.

Oh man, so I have to wait for a few months as well? They can't go over the 11 month they posted online though! Can you complain to someone if they do?

:(

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. That is the way it works...

The 11 month time frame refers to the percentage of the applications processed in that time (80% in this case). So the remaining 20% could potentially take much longer. Mine was sent in Feb last year so 12 months now and nothing so far.

I saw another thread with someone that received PPR with different email body. but I am waiting for that person to post the time line...

Winnipeg - WHen did you inquire last. What was their response? Mine is exactly 1 month behind yours... Hopefully, we should receive something by the end of this month...

Holy Smokes - that was fast for him/her. The file was transferred to LA and that is why he/she benefited.... Ours will remain in Buffalo...

Super - When does your Work Permit expire (if you have one)? Is it Post-Grad one? Thanks

no, my work permit is from company sponsor. My WP expires next year Feb/2012, that is why when I got nominated I renewed my WP first and then submitted my application to Buffalo to be in the safe side.
