I guess they communicate with a group of applicants at a time and after 2/3 weeks they follow up all of them at a time.

I talked to two CIC agents, on two different calls, but they did not provide any useful information.
The first told me to undergo upfront medical exam while the second advised to wait for instructions/form .
Both said that they cannot access CPP-Ottawa files and cannot provide any information regarding my file.

Any updates on your side?

She said she can't provide any info on my file but she suggested I should ask the physician that I don't have a medical form, if he/she is still ready to do the health examination, it will USUALLY be uploaded on your file and as my file is in process, it won't be upfront. And she added if I have any queries, I should email OTTAWA office.

Their is no solid reason for refusal just I m not qualified
Visa officer asked why Candian consulate can take your interview at New Delhi y they calling you to New York
I explain them coz file was in buffalo and now it's in New York
She asked y didn't filed your case in New Delhi so again told her I filed my case during my study time
But at the end after few arguments she told me you need to find any other route for interview
Or go for interview at New Delhi
So it's my bad luck

I ll also try give interview at phn or skype
I know its very long process to transfer file to New Delhi

What you find out in GCMS notes why called for interview in New York
Is their any particular reason for interview

As per my GCMS,they have some concerns over my AEO. Order your GCMS notes, It will give you clear picture of what VO is looking in the interview.

That's great news. When I made an appointment with a doctor last week they asked me whether I had a medical form or not. And I answered negative. They said it's alright.

I don't think that they need that particular form strictly. See my and Prian's case. In our case CIC thought that they lost our medical results and forms too. They only asked for the information about the exam and doctor so that they could collect the medical result from the doctor. So what about the forms here. They only needed information.

I am thinking of doing emedical. It's possible too (according to the person who spoke from the doctors office).
