Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

Hi guys,

I have a situation here. My case was transferred to Ottawa from Buffalo. I have been waiting since 2010. Last year, we had a baby so I sent updated forms to Ottawa. They received them but they never processed them. In August 2013 I got an email with request for medical and other forms to be updated. I did not receive the medical forms so I emailed them. They sent me the forms by email but there is not a form for our newborn. So I emailed them back and said you did not send one for our baby. They have not responded since. I emailed them all the forms I originally sent for my baby. The payment form was included too. They have not charged my credit card for the fee until today. Should I contact them again? Any advice is appreciated.

We did our medical on 24th Aug via e medical which i think was sent on 4th/5th of september..
And we received our Passport request on 9th Sep...
Do you guys know how to update the timeline on left hand side?

Did you send a Prepaid envelope for the Visa Office to return your passports back? If yes,then keep your tracking number handy and keep checking it. Once activated, you can track it.

I am also in the same boat, have send it to CPP-Ottawa on 22nd August 2013, tracked online to see it was recieved on 23rd August 2013. Have not yet received any further communication. Waiting eagerly....

I sent prepaid envelop but US postal says that other country can't use USPS service. But i am relax a bit now, i am not alone who is waiting for passport. Hope for the best we would get passport very soon.

i received email from ottawa yesterday .about my enquiry and they send me the same answer that my file is in process no further action reuired . but they also said my file should b completed by end of this year .

Can anyone help me please! It's been 3 weeks after my medical and after I sent the receipt for RPRF. On my letter I ask them to acknowledge the receipt, same with my Police cert...should I send them an email to be sure they got it? thank you!
