My file was transferred from Buffalo to Ottawa. Medical was done in Sep 2012 and now medical is going to expire in few days. Its like 12 month and still no further update.

Whenever I ask them for status , they reply that Background check is in process.

Please advice there chances of a PR application rejection after medical done...... I am very scared.

Why scared mate? Your life is what you make it!!
They will extend your medicals for another year. Your medicals are all good. No threat to the nation, else they would have asked you to leave.

It takes a while to get results.
CEC is quick because only 3 years of History is needed.

You will be fine Vipin135. Be a strategist not a follower.

I agree with Jayson, you have already won the battle. Relax and begin planning the party. I don't think the witches are that powerful to change the 'verdict'. Just relax and be thankful to God for the victory. The passport will be in soon.
