One more question. I happen to live in Buffalo, NY...can I go visit the Buffalo immigration office and ask them all my questions about the application process (skilled worker visa)? Do they have personnel for this sort of thing? Will they help me and answer questions, or shoo me away (as bureaucrats tend to do) if I don't have real "official business"?
