BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

My application was received on Jan 24th, 2012 at NS office. I am from Quebec skilled categoty

Medicals were requested in the middle of March and in my AOR it was mentioned that my case was being sent to RPC Buffalo at that time (that's why I say that I am a transferred case).

I did my medicals on March 19th and sent them to Ottawa. Medicals were received on April 20th (as per e-CAS)

And!! my E-CAS states that they started to work on my case from September, 7th, 2012..

My details:
Category: QSW
My timeline- CSQ received: Jan 2011.
Federal App filed: May 2011.
Medicals done: October 2011.
Married: December 1st week 2012. Have informed CPP Ottawa about the status change.
PPR: Today

So, CPP Ottawa wouldn't have checked my status change email and proceeded with issuing PPR and has asked me to submit passport at Detroit. I have replied to the same email right away saying that there was a status change last week.
The CIC Call center agent has advised me to send passport to Detroit with a cover letter mentioning the same.

In the meanwhile, my wife's open work permit(spouse category) is under processing in my home country.
I was waiting for a long long while for this to happen. But it happened when it is no longer anticipated. Heck.

So, what do you guys think will happen here? Any advice will be appreciated.

For your issue ...Please apply for GCMS notes ASAP...You will get them in 3-4 weeks..They will assure you if they have already seen your email.See the Notes section for it... In the meanwhile you can await their reply back to acknowledge and fill the necessary forms collect PC certificates. Because I guess you will need to add her in your application.

It seems your wife is still back home and its advised to submit passports together. I think it means they didnt see your message. Have they given you 30 days to submit passports? I think you should wait for them to reply. You have sent them a message stating your change in marital status - then I would wait for their reply.

Yesterday they were 3 reported june and july 2011 applicants who got ppr on facebook group. Today jan 2012and april 2011 applicants got their pprs. Seems lyk ottawa is working rabdomly but good thing is pprs r coming. Well wishing everyone all the best
