BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

I have read in a forum of french immigrants who live in Montreal that some of them have contacted a conservative MP there, he told them the expected time of files transferred from Buffalo to Ottawa is 15 months counted from AOR date, and the maximum date to finish the processing of all these files in January 2013

maybe it isn't the exact article i read, i read it a couple of days ago...i hope i find it again....they want to finish most of the stuff until the end of the year..... (i should bookmark everything as soon i read it.... )

July 7th transfer got PPR!

App filed - April 2011
AOR - Sept 2011
Meds done - Nov 2011
File transferrd - July 7th 2012
PPR - Sep 12th 2012

He went through to MP and asked them for assistance which could have helped. The Due date in GCMS was October 15th 2012!

If your medicals are expiring anytime soon, you can ask for assistance from your MP stating that. It might help trigger your file, who knows?

I dont think we will hear something this week. If we do, we will start hearing some people go In Process around 2nd-3rd week of October. I hope you see an updated date after July 7th on your GCMS, thats your biggest indication that something is happening for your case.

But notes might be much more up to date.
