Hi Guys
I have a question to QSW or other applicants who applied in 2011.

how many of you filled the form "Supplementary Information – Travel List (IMM 5562)"
when I downloaded the application package, I never saw that. Now I see this is included in the list.

Sharuu any idea of this form?

Sye

Forget that, if there was any thing missing in your application
they would send it back to you since the begining or at least since your AOR

Its a new addition for new applicants. If your file wasnt complete or was mising a form, you wouldnt even have received AOR. Dont Worry :)

I just saw you and lepatissier are both QSW applicants, look at this timeline he got MR nearly 15 months from AOR. It could very be that is how they go about QSW applicants? If thats the case, they most probably are doing all checks and verification and once that is done they will issue MR.

Thanks you all guys... I thought I missed the form. I spoke to one guy who applied from London and he told that he filled the form. he is very old applicant and he is now in Canada.
as lepatissier07 said I also never seen that in Buffalo instruction guide. now it looks like all changed...

You are comparing an OUTLAND Applicant to an INLAND Applicant and if the application was incomplete it would have been returned by now.

Yeah it should have been returned by now. I will get my CAIPS notes soon and MP's feedback on my application.
hope every thing is good...

Hi Sharuu,

My friends and I are all Quebec (inland) applicants.
All of us (except one) have received MEDs along with AOR in Sept 2011.

I think some cases, by no reason, are strange. they are sometimes lost temporarily in the offices.
from the way I have understood, the work is not as perfectly done, as so many people think.

I have a friend, who has an AOR, but no MED, and when called CIC to get info, they were said there isnt such a file number in their systems.

I know it sounds silly, but its true.

Buffalo.. I guess thats another check you guys getting GCMS to do. It means your file is heading to Detroit once PPR is requested for passport to issue Visa from. You are a may transfer so that just shows they are still working on May transfers.

Fingers crossed buddy..wont be long Emvee :)

I was glad to see myself that they have already assigned a secondary VO which is a good sign. What's bugging me is the validity of my meds. Have you guys come across a case in which someone's meds expired and were extended by cic (without requiring another medical exam) and a ppr was issued? sharru... your meds must have expired or must be close to expiring. Have you heard anything from cic about this?

if i'm right, then it was transferred the 2nd may 2012...

I am not really familiar with how QSW works, but looking at the timelines it seems it takes 15 months from AOR to get MR? Long time ago before it was the CAIPS system and not GCMS system thats how files were actually. They would issue AOR and start checks and if all is good the last thing they would issue was Medicals. It seems QSW might be dealt the same way.

No, havent heard. But, they will most probably will be expired. A few days ago someone mentioned that they got GCMS and in their Notes it was written that medicals need extension.

Most probably at a certain point I believe everyone who applied in 2011 will have their medicals expired, they cant ask for all us to re-do medicals. If the only thing outstanding is medical expiry, then an extension can be granted. Dont worry you are nearly there

Paper file history is where you should look to find the date you were transferred. So, lets say you were transferred May 2nd and notes were printed off on July 23rd, it seems 2 months till they reviewed it as I saw your status changed to pass in june? Going by that date people should start getting some updates in october I believe..

September - 1 week done, No PPR :(
