BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

Dear Friends.. Today I just received a request fo RPRF... We are in shock.. really good news.. They are also requesting us our Police certificates from our home Country... We sent them in February.. So I have to request them again.. or I can send them a explanation letter... We have not travel to our country since 2004...
Please advice.. We are close.. Just a little more patience...
I know if very hard see how applicants from october are receiving PRs.. but all are going to receiving some day too..

So basically we are back in the same shi...., i would say most of the people who got their medicals redone will go through their background checks again as they also might have expired. I think even the god can't help us now.

The problem is that Buffalo or Ottawa waited till Feb. 2013 to initiate my BG checks.
I don't know about yours.
26 months after I applied to Buffalo my BG checks were initiated, can you believe it?

Yes I got the response today from CPP-O, although not an encourgaing once

i didn't receive anything yet. its almost 1 month my ecas is showing decision made. i sent an email on april 2nd to my officer to know the status of my application. the next day he /she replied me like this " you should be receiving further instruction regarding the next step of your application".
though he didnt give me any rough time frame. still waiting for ppr.

Did they send you any email? I do not know why it is taking too long after a decision has been made!

i'm a PNP applicant here is my timeline:

-app filled for the federal late november 2011
-AOR on January 23 2012
-med done April 12 2012
-med results received March 05 2012

-e-cas statut change to "in process" on February 27th 2013
-e-cas statut change to "decision made" on March 11th 2013

I'm still waiting to get a PPR request or worst case scenario a refusal.
I didn't get any contact from CPP-O so far soever by e-mail or courier.
I sent an e-mail to CPP-0 last monday to know if i should wait longer or if they already tried to contact me they reply 24H later, here's what a get:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Your file is currently in progress at our office. No action on your part is required.

An officer responsible for your file will contact you when your action is required.

In meantime, please ensure your contact information is up to date.

We thank you for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

I think background checks have some expiry date as well and they expire same as medicals and then they redo them.
Anyways keep faith bro. In the end immigration is just a small part of your life, and there are other bigger things to worry about.

26 months is unbelievable... they just send me this email after I redid my medicals and if this means that they have just started my BG checks this is 24 months my application was filed
