I just have a general question regarding latest reviews of CIC on PNP applications. I'm a March 2011 PNP applicant and I received the general email of CIC at the end of Feb which asked only for the updated history and not the right of permanent residency fee. Does it mean that my application is far from being finalized since they didn't ask for the RPRF. And how can I know if the security checks are done which is the last step of their process. I would appreciate any thoughts ...

I believe you should call CIC call center and tell them that you have not received any update regarding your file after the email.
Maybe they can help you in this regard. If that doesn't help get in touch with your MP.

Thanks for your response. I've already called CIC more than two weeks ago and I was supposed to receive an update in two days which I didn't. My last update goes back to Dec 2012 which I passed the eligibility, criminality and medical and waiting for final security checks. I was also asked to send the updated history on Feb. I don't know if the final security checks are resolved since they asked for the updated history. Is there anyone else in this forum who has been asked for only the updated history and not the Right of permanent residency fee?

I ordered mine on Feb 14, 2013. I got them on March 12. It should be less than 30 business days if you have ordered electronic files.
