Congratulations, Burcu.... Really very happy to hear your good news, but I checked mine just now, still everything the same, but i request caips in the beggining of June, I think i will receive it next month, lets see whats in it.

My mail was received by "Caputo" on reception, today. So I was just wondering, if I they really receive it. Is there anyway to confirm it. Anybody with similar problem?

got the following reply from buffalo today:

We have requested background information from other government offices(s). Unfortunately, we cannot provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

...

at least it shows they've received the medicals and i'm through the medical stage and into the final "security checks" stage ...

Did you have to notraize photocopies of your documents like Passport , visa (if applicable), marriage certificate, birth certificate, copies of education degree etc., Please help me. i am also fsw3 applicant in process since Feb 2011 but no news since... I contacted my local MP and they wrote to buffalo but I have to write back in the fall... but urs is since last August... so maybe ur MP can find out more details.

My case is in process from Aug 2010. My local MP contacted them in May 2011, response: in process and B/G check pending. Nothing more.

I got my 2nd Aor in Nov.18 2010, and status changed to IP with RBVO details in March 15, 2011. No news from then. It seems like I still have a long long way to go.
