Don't worry...

If you are working on temp work visa and don't have any visa issue... then be relax..

there are almost 10+ people who are waiting for action.... Buffalo is busiest office with much work load...

If you have any doubts, go for CAIPS....

(I got my CAIPS in Dec first week, and I may order again if I do not get response by first week of April).

Our initial application date is January 15,2010. it has been a year waiting for medical request, and our 2nd AOR is 05May10. Still no updates, Buffalo is really crazy slow. ai......

update- i just checked my e-cas and it says "In Process" !!!!!!

it was rbvo since april 28, 2010


when i clicked on the link "In Process", it still says the following

We received your application for permanent residence on November 19, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 21, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on January 27, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

Including druid2010's last post, I think, three people have reported progress in their cases in last 10 days... which is a good sign...

Am a bit worried.. HAvent heard anything from the NY office since july.

Here are my timelines

2nd AOR from Buffalo - 4/28
File transfer to NY - 7/20
waiting for medical request since then.. my visa to work in the US expired in 2010 and had to move back to my home country.. could that be a reason for the delay ???? are there folks with similar timelines and waiting for the medical requests ???

there are others who are waiting for action (medical request), I am not sure but I guess, you are FSW2.
hopefully we will get medical request soon.

looks like the same VO is working on our files since our updates were made around the same time....
