Buffalo sucks......its very slow.........I am surprised that its been 13 months already and you are waiting for your medicals yet........did u submitted all the required documents properly? Was there any clarification of documents or additional documents requested by Buffalo office??????

I am just curious to know that, if all your documents are sound and good..........they should end up the case in about 12months.......its only some issues with documents or file can create so much delay.

Neways my sympathy is wid u and hope you get it through soon......its been a long wait for sure....

I remembered being the last one to get Med Req in this thread. And my application went out to CIO last Oct. Don't know what to say.... Just keep your faith...

I have not gotten a medical requirest either, although my application changed to 'in process' on August 13, 2010.

I don't think documentation could be a problem..I submitted it through lawyer and also did research on my own to make sure required documents are submitted...it shows in process form 27th July so lets see when I get some good news.

Same here man, exactly 12 months 5 days today, and 7 1/2 months since Buffalo has my Doc with them.

So I wonder why you guys didn't have your file transferred. The xferred application seems to move quicker than staying at Buffalo office. And in that case, what's criteria for Buffalo to move the file to other office??

I am waiting for status to change from 'Docs received' to 'In Process' (I know it is early & I need to wait for a month or more)
If anyone else is in similar timeline for 2nd AOR (between 25th April to 15th May), please share.

Docs received by buffalo visa office - 24th March 2010
2nd AOR from buffalo VO - 6th May 2010...

I don't know what to say, I was so happy as my file was transferred but it seems turning other way around, now I even cannot ask them my status because my 90 days time line will be over on Oct 20, transfer just did reset my time clock

well my status hasnt changed since april 28, 2010 when it became received by VO...still waiting for transfer / in-process...

what date did you send in your full documents to buffalo?.. i sent mine in feb but it was returned april first week due to missing field in one of the forms..after which I resent it on april, 8, 2010 and got my 2nd aor from buffalo on april 28, 2010....maybe the time at which your complete app is received by buffalo is what the que is based on....
