BSF186 and soft landing

If you do a soft landing, and also submit a "Goods accompanying" (and maybe a "Goods to follow") list, what happens when you leave after the formalities and come back at another time?
When leaving after soft landing I would take all the stuff with me. And then bring them back when coming back for good. So do I declare them again or show that it was already done?
Can this cause any issues?

Don't complicate yourself.

It's easier not to show any of those at soft landing until you are moving for good.

You are not eligible to submit a bsf186 until you come/return to Canada for the first time and have the intention of staying for at least 12 months.
