Can i apply to the UK or Schengen
Any overstay will likely affect your future visas to any country. Did you stay for 90 + 10 days in Italy?

You must be honest when you apply for a TRV. Yes, it could negatively affect your TRV approval unless you overstayed due to unavoidable circumstances that you can prove.

If you worked when you were a tourist/during your overstay then that would reduce your visa chances tremendously.... because it indicates that you violated all terms and conditions attached to your visa

IMO, your chances of being granted a TRV are slim to none

Regardless of your 2 years' multiple entry Singapore visa, what matters is how long you were granted entry by the immigration officer for each visit to Singapore + how long you stayed and/or if you applied for extensions.

As you've already applied for a TRV, you'll need to wait for the decision

And please assist me How Can i get schengen visa in future & which country i should apply for clear my this mistake and also make hard Travel History ?
I recommend you don't apply for a Schengen visa to any Schengen country. Your overstay in Italy and Spain is available to all other Schengen countries if you reapply.

Your only chance would be to build stronger ties to your home country + travel to other countries (not Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc) before you reapply for another Schengen visa after a few years
