Brock U IMacc & Ontario PNP for Master students stream

Hi

Does anyone know whether the International Master of Accountancy (IMAcc) offered by Brock University is a qualifying program for Ontario PNP for master students stream (i.e, international master students who do not need a job offer)? I mean can students who graduated from that program be entitled to apply for Ontario PNP master students stream? There is a 4-weeks English study component included in the IMAcc. There are 1 transition term (excluding the English study) and 2 study terms
