My parents were in Canada on visitor visas last year and got their PRs while here. Virtual landing formalities were completely here without leaving the country and they got their PR cards also. Few months back they went to India to close few things and will be returning to Canada for the first time after getting their PR. Can they still bring "Accompanying Goods" without paying taxes?
