hello
I am planning to do my PhD in Canada or Australia. problem is that i want to bring my 3 kids and husband with me. i am not sure which country would be better for me in terms of pr chances after/ during phd. furthermore i dont know what type of schooling would be available for my kids. if its not free then what will be the monthly estimated fees i have to pay for my two kids. one is 7 and other is 9.
considering all my scenario, what is the best place to study in canada with family.
my husband will be coming as dependent. does he have to take IELTS too?

P.S. i have enough funds to cover everything along with enough grades to secure an admission( hopefully)

1. your husband can apply for spouse open work permit, so he can work during your study.
no need to take IELTS.

2. you can find a school for your kid in your area, seems like every school may have different fee including tuition and health insurance)
so you might wanna check out the website of the school.

thankyou for the reply. can you tell me which province has highest rate of giving study visa?
Study visas are granted at the federal level by CIC. There's no rate by province.
