BRIDGING OPEN WORK PERMIT QUESTIONS

Hi,

I am filling out an application form IMM5710e for bridging open work permit.
which option should I choose in question 3 in the form.
1) work permit with the same employer
2) restoration of status as a worker
3) Initial work permit or work permit with new employer
4) temporary resident permit

Coming to Canada section:

Date and place of original entry it asks. which one should I put in, the date which I arrived on a student visa or the date when I got my post graduation work permit?

please help me out guys... Thank a ton in advance.

2. It's the first date you entered in Canada - when you got your PGWP you were already in Canada for a while, so it should be the first one.

Hey, quick questions relating to this topic, what do you answer to this question?

c) Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? Yes/No

I'm already in Canada on a Spousal Open Work Permit and had submitted PR application, me being the principal PR applicant. So we're both still on our original permits.
