Bridging Open Work Permit (NO AOR YET for PR Application)

Hi. I just want to ask if you applied for BOWP, and it hasn’t been processed yet (NO AOR) and you are on implied status, can you start to work right away to any job and employer or do you really need to wait for the copy of the open work permit? Thank you
