Does anyone know if you have to wait until you pass R10 stage of your eARP to apply for BOWP?

Or can you apply for it right after you submit the eAPR?

If you are applying under the CEC/FSTP/PNP categories, you will be able to apply for BOWP after AOR.

For FSW, the rules confuse me a bit as it doesn't explicitly mention AOR but rather a Final Determination of Eligibility letter. Maybe someone else can confirm for that situation.

Yes I am applying through CEC. I'm working in Canada at the moment with a PGWP.

So that means I will be able to apply for BOWP immediately after submitting the application. Would I be put in implied status for the BOWP until further decisions are taken on the PR application?

Yes, you'll be able to apply for BOWP immediately after you receive your AOR. You will only enter implied status after your PGWP expires.
