NEED URGENT HELP!

my pgwp is expiring on 7 Feb. 2017 and I have been nominated under bcpnp, I also have support letter from bcpnp but haven't apply for pr yet.

but problem when I try to apply BOWP its only ask me to pay $155 fees which is $255 according to me.
