Breach of RO - planning to enter in Canada

Hello Experts,

Here is my situation

I have PR valid for next 1 year and 6 months. I have lived in Canada for less than 1 month since I got my PR.

Now I have got a good work opportunity in Canada and want to move to Canada.

Need advice on following

- Can I still enter Canada by Air even if I dont meet RO?
- If PR is flagged - can I renounce PR and apply for work permit while remaining in Canada?
- Any idea about current time line on RO hearing?

If the PR card is valid you can enter by air

If you renounce, your employer will need to apply for a LIMA. Plan for 6 mo this for that. CBSA May not give you 6months in Canada if you renounce

If they flag you at the POE, 30 days if you don’t appeal. The process to revoke your status, starts when they report you. If you appeal 12-24 months.

I am in same situation as yours and wondering if you can share your experience. Are you able to enter Canada without getting any 44 report ?
