We got the TRV approved (applied Oct 2020, Approved March 2021). The consulate in Brazil is closed indefinitely and the only VFS that was open is closing this week. We are not sure if we should send the passports to Argentina. Does anybody has any idea?

4 months ago I sent my passport to São Paulo VAC for stamping the TRV. Although they were close, they were receiving documents via mail.
Thanks for the response. How much time did they take to return your passport with visa stamp? The Canadian Consulate is closed currently and the only VFS that is open is going to close this week.
