As usual CIC's description on the following topic is not very informative and the more I tried to search around the internet the more points of view I saw, which confused me even more. I'd appreciate if someone could waive off or confirm my worries.
My situation:
1. I have CEC application in progress with AOR recieved 10 months ago
2. My current WP expires in less than 4 month
3. I have a new employer who has already tried to obtain LMIA for me but got rejected
4. I submitted BOWP application with IMM5802 form (according to new requirement) filled and paid by this new employer
All looks to me as there is nothing to worry about. However, can this BOWP application be rejected because it's not my current employer who filled IMM5802 and this employer has already got LMIA rejection for me before?
It is also confusing if I actually have to provide IMM5802 to CIC in all cases. Let's say, can I submit now yet one BOWP application without this IMM5802 form, as in fact I am still eligible due to WP status and CEC PR application in progress?
