No it clearly states that you need to have 4 months or less on your work permit. So don't waste your time and money.

I have AOR and 7 months left on my old Closed WP. I applied for an OPW and received it. However I lost my job in April through no fault of my own. Hope that helps.

u can apply now.. anyhow currently it is taking more than a month for processing.. so when the time comes to process ur application then it shows that it is going to expire in coming 4 months. hope it helps u..

Yes I did sent an explanation letter. I did not send my AOR but supplied my UCI number. I also followed up supplying my letter when I was laid off from my job. I was lucky and received employment benefits so my savings was not hit too hard.

My work permit was going to expire on Feb 15 . I applied on December 12, 2014 and got for one year on 20 Jan,2015. So it should be within the 4 months. Please try to attach all the documents. I did my own.

I was asked in the questionary to submit my medical exam. I booked it and sent the letter of the explanation. Now I am thinking should I resubmit the BOWP with different answers to escape medical OR simply do not take medical OR go and take it and send it?

Also, how much you payed the application: $155 OR $255?

I am suppose to apply on 7 august 2018 but can i apply early, i have a closed work permit and i have received aor 9 months ago
