Hey Peeps!

So, I have received AOR for PR-CEC on Jan 18, 2018

I have just out in my BOWP Application

My current IEC Work Visa ends Feb 28, 2018

If I don't receive my BOWP before the end of my work visa, can I still work?

Are there any more steps I need to take? Just a wee bit concerned...

Of course you can keep on working, you would have implied status.

IEC work permits are not extendable, so the right to work on implied status does not apply to IEC visas, unfortunately. You can remain in Canada while your BOWP application is being processed. But you should stop working between the expiry of the old permit and receipt of the new.

LOL, unless that has changed recently too ... can't find that info anymore.

That's what I was afraid of... so... as my BOWP nor my PR has come through... do I have to stop working at the end of my IEC Visa? I cannot extend my SIN# nor legally work until one of the other comes through?
