BOWP - September 2015 Applicants

Hi All

Looking on myCic at the page that has all my applications including my Express Entry application and BOWP application the status next to my BOWP has updated to Approved where before it said submitted.

However when I go into it via Check Status and Messages nothing has changed

Application/profile status Open
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
Review of biometric information Not needed at this time
A final decision has been reached Not Started

I'm not 100% sure I'm eligible for this visa so don't want to call CIC to see what they have to say. Has anyone had this happen to them and it's just an error.? I'm so scared of celebrating in case it's just a technical glitch.

Have you received any email saying that 'Your application has been updated'? If yes how many of those email got received? and when did you receive the last one? I mean date.

Hi.

The status of my application for BOWP has now changed tclosed and approved. Now just to wait for the documents.

I applied onine September 2.
I received a ghost mail in reference to my application for BOWP on November 7 but nothing since then, and nothing yesterday when changes were actually made to my application.

Got my message saying it was all approved. Now just have to wait for the official documents to arrive in the mail.

guys, how come it is so silent out here! any BOWP for the month of Sep that got processed?
I didnt see much movement in the month of Aug either!

I applied August 31 and mine was approved last Friday (Nov 27).

I am PNP Alberta PR applicant (Nov 20 2014 Applicant). I applied for BOWP on Aug 20 2015 but my application got refused on Nov 23, 2015 stating that I have not received positive eligibility assessment on my application. I called CIC and asked them for a review, today after the review they again refused my application stating that for BOWP the requirement is that I meet and pass the eligibility assessment as well as receive a acknowledgement of receipt. I had received AOR and did attach it with the application but they did not accept it. My PR file is still pending for review after 1 year. I contact my area MP and his assistant bashed me with racist comments and stated that I should leave canada and canadians alone. I dont know how to deal with this current situation. My PGWP expires Dec 14, 2015

I can't believe this is happening. DAFUQ.
Since you still have 2 weeks before it expires, re-apply to be on the implied status and buy another 4 months of time. Perhaps get an immigrant consultant?
I don't understand why your BOWP would be refused with AOR in place, unless there are something else you did't say here?
Who is your local MP? Which election area in Alberta do you have? I want to make sure I don't have the same local MP.
