Hi,
Here is a question
After got pnp approval from BC health authority, i applied for bowp as i expired my work permit and on restoration now, can the health authority terminate the job if we got refusal of work permit, if somebody is in same situation please let me know what they told to employer and share the conclusion please

Yes your employer can let you go if your work permit was refused. Are they willing to support your nomination still? You may need to find a new employer because IRCC and BC PNP must be notified that your employer is not longer supporting you.

How were you eligible for a BOWP? Assume you are no longer working.

Was n’t eligible to apply before as it was an error, but is there any exception in bc health authority if they can still support?

So if employer is still supporting you and willing to wait for your PR then what is the issue?

Are you asking if it's still possible to get PR through this program if you no longer have a job offer? If so, the answer is no.

Or are you asking something else?
