if any one can help me for my situation I came in Canada as a visitor then my husband got the close work permit and i got open work permit then after working six months i have applied my mpnp and got approved then i submit my pr application and got my file no my open work permit was expire on 26th of July 2018 but before 30 days i applied for bowp which has been refused and i got the refusal letter on 7th September 2018.
they give an explanation of my refusal that my pr application was not first stage approved even i submitted my AOR my mpnp approval letter. my first question is that what is '' first stage approval for PR application''
and now as i am on restoration and have 90 days to restore my status my second question is that can i restore my status at the border because i am going to apply now for my close work permit
