BOWP refused, lost status, received AOR, can I apply again?

Hello, my bowp applicaton was refused due to not having AOR, but now that I've received it can apply for it again? I have lost status after the BOWP refusal but I'm within the 90 days after refusal. Thanks a lot.

When did you actually lose status which can differ from the BOWP refusal date?

When the BOWP was refused... I was under implied status while waiting for the BOWP decision.
