BOWP refused, lost status, received AOR, can I apply again?

Hello, my bowp applicaton was refused due to not having AOR, but now that I've received it can apply for it again? I have lost status after the BOWP refusal but I'm within the 90 days after refusal. Thanks a lot.

When did you actually lose status which can differ from the BOWP refusal date?

When the BOWP was refused... I was under implied status while waiting for the BOWP decision.

Unless otherwise indicated usually the date of refusal so restore your status or leave Canada to make sure you are eligible for PR.
