BOWP question

Hi,
My work permit will be expired in Jan 15, 2016.
Can I apply for BOWP and temporary visa at the same time online?

I have applied for PR in CEC class.I am waitng for medical now. I also plan to visit India for 4 month in Jan 2016 aftet getting BOWP. Should I change my address to India in cic for PR process?

I don't think you can apply for both at same time.

I have applied for my BOWP.
I am planning to apply my TRV once I received my BOWP.
