BOWP/OWP not an option when I try to apply online.

Hello,

I am eligible to apply for a BOWP but for the life of me everytime i use the coming to canada eligibility questionnaire it points me towards applying for a temporary resident visa. It even gives me a note that says "you need to apply for your permit if it is expiring also".

I have tried a few different answers but no luck, anyone on here got it to work? I also read this post moneybagskeogh.com/2016/04/24/applying-for-a-bridging-visa-bowp-a-how-to-guide
