My wife is doing PhD and her study permit is till 2015, now my PGWP will expire in sep 2014 so my question is will I be applying BOWP or OWP if my application is under process for PR? I know it's too advance to ask these questions but I wan to prepare for every thing as my application is close to rejection.

2. Do I need LMO from my employer ?
Thanks

If your PR application is in process and you have received the AOR, you can apply for a BOWP within 4 months of your PGWP expiring. This is the easiest option and the visa will be for 1 year.

I agree. BOWP if you have AOR and you current WP is about to expire in the next 4 months.
In some cases individuals got their BOWP approved with a WP valid for more than 4 months, but only
in individual cases and there's no guarantee that it will be approved.
