bowp issue

Hello Everyone

I am apply for my cic in the 1st week of july but i have a question my work permit is till 9th july 2015 so i was thinking not to apply for bowp right after my AOR so then i can use it in future as my case is complicated and i don't to risk it so is it possible and i can apply it around Feb 2014 if needed?

I assume by cic you mean CEC .
coming to your Query , BOWP only you can apply if your current work permit is going to expire in next 4 month , As you mentioned your current WP is valid till 9th July 2015 so BOWP you can't apply before 9th March 2015. if you will it may reject
