Hey guys !!
I applied for BOwp and got rejected the reason was I didn't submitted my AOR with application and my work permit also got expired so right now I'm on restoration period.i need to ask you if I can apply for BOwp in restoration or not ? Cause I got my AOR 2 weeks ago

Can you tell me when did you submitted the BOWP application and is it paper application or Online application?
I have also submitted the BOWP online with out AOR but with an explanation letter. I did not receive any response yet.

I had applied on 14 aug 2013 and called cic on 13th sept agent told me that its approved on 12 th sept where we got the notification mail on 16th becoz of weekend
so i have got my bowp in 30 days just waiting for hard copy to come

As I'm awaiting a BOWP myself - do they just post you the permit? As in the IMM1442 or whatever page it is and you staple it into your own passport?

They just mail you the permit. You don't have to staple it to your passport. Just keep it together.

Fair enough. I assumed because my permit is stapled into the passport that this is always done.

Only principal applicant qualifies for BOWP. If she is a dependant, then she qualifies for an open permit.

I am a fsw applicant . I am about to apply for BOWP .

What does this line mean ?
For spouses of Federal Skilled Worker Class applicants: the Bridging WP holder must be performing work which is at a level that falls within National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Levels 0, A or B.


Q1. My understanding is we are not giving any job letter or anything for BOWP application . How do I prove that I am working in the field ?
Q2. In some other forum I heard that Both Prinicipal applicant and Spouse need to fill separate appliation form . Is it true ?

The CLASS u applied for when u filed ur PR is sufficient for them to know your job Noc catgegory - -
