BOWP - How many of you have applied and received it successfully?

Hi Can anyone please advise,

My passport is expiring in Jan 2016. And I will apply for BOWP in march so what should I do ? (Your Suggestion Please).

Should I renew my passport first then apply for BOWP (Because then I will got for only 9 or 10 Months). ?

And another question I think when we got new passport so we have to let CIC know as well for new information about passport is it right ???

Please Advise all.

What should i do in the section for "DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA"? They are asking in that section labour market opinion number, what my duties will be, until when i am intending to work there. All that sounds complicated for my situation.

Hello Forum members,
I am a Sept CEC applicant. My current Work Permit expires in 24Th Jan 2015. I haven't recieved my AOR yet, but i am expecting anytime next week. I have applied for BOWP paper application without AOR (explaining in cover letter). My question is, if I receive my AOR next week, can I submit another BOWP application online. If so, what will happen to my paper application which i submitted earlier.

Just forward them the email saying this is to be used for BOWP application. I did the same and my BOWP was approved.

Mine was approved on Jan 10 and received WP original on 15th Jan .

No email, just snail mail.

No communication email.. i initially applied paper based for my BOWP as i did not have AOR.. luckily i was approved.. after 3 months.. there was absolutely no communication and the only thing i received was my BOWP in the mail..

so if u dont receive anything then dont panic its very usual..
