I applied my PR under FSW inland in Novenber 2015 and my work permit expires on 5th April, 2016. I recently got married and she also got an admission into an University(Fall 2016). I am applying for BOWP(Gosh!! the processing time 4+ months
). I can't bring her as a visitor as I don't have work permit for more than 6 months.
My questions are
1) While applying for my BOWP can I add her into application? If I add her will she be getting a work permit?
2) Applying for study permit would be the best thing to do before adding Spouse to my PR application?
3) Adding my Spouse into PR application and wait till a decision being made by CIC and proceed from there?
Please provide your valuable advises what to do in this situation or if anyone went through similar kind of dilemma please give your valuable advice.
