BOWP April 2019 paper based

Hey,
I applied BOWP paper based application on April 01, 2019.
Didn’t heard anything from cic yet.
I tired to link my application several times but system is not finding my application.
I called cic and they said Edmonton office is currently processing February applications so that’s why my application might be not available online yet.

Please let me know if anyone get approved for paper based for April 2019 application.
